Primary Responsibilities:
  • Creates a positive experience for candidates as they work through the hiring process
  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and jobsites
  • Drive unique and innovative staffing initiatives that will include searches for niche technical skills sets
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers, interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications
  • Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks
  • 1-3 years of experience in the recruiting industry
  • Experience working on technical job requirements is preferred 
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university  
  • Basic understanding of search techniques and strategies
  • Previous experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Experience using recruiting CRM, ATS, or VMS systems is preferred
  • Experience recruiting within an MSP program is a plus
  • Hybrid model – 3 days work from home, 2 days in office
